Responsibilities Field Technical Support Troubleshooting Act as second-level technical support for the FSE Supervisor and FSE Crew within the assigned zone, engaging when a fault or incident exceeds field-level troubleshooting capability. Diagnose root cause of recurring or complex faults across BESS systems — batteries, PCS/inverters, BMS/EMS, HVAC and balance-of-plant equipment. Escalate to the OEM/equipment manufacturer when a fault exceeds local resolution capacity, and track the case throug
